Refunds/Credit
Bacchus Marsh Ostrich Farm will ONLY accept returns for refunds for damaged goods within 30 days. The original item (items) must be returned to Bacchus Marsh Ostrich Farm for assessment before a replacement can be issued. It will take 2-4 weeks for the order to be processed. The freight cost of forwarding to our head office will be payable by you.
